Active Directory Administrative Center (Under Remote Server Admin Tools > Role Admin Tools > AD DS Tools)

installed you can do a “start” – “run” – “mmc” and under File menu select the Add/Remove Snap-in... option. Then add the Active
Directory User & Computers snap-in
